A little about us
A place where ideas come to life and products reach the shelves. We work with brands and companies that need to build their internal and external brand, develop new technologies, raise awareness and develop trust and loyalty with their customers. We are strategic in everything we do and our motto is “Do it nice, or do it twice.”
Our culture
We are a close team of dedicated professionals who love what we do and keep pushing to learn something new every day. We treat our clients as partners and build long-term relationships based on trust and shared success. Each touchpoint of our brand is a chance to create a memorable experience — and we take that seriously (but not ourselves).
The role
We are looking for a Social Media Manager to run delivery, monitoring, tracking, and reporting for client social channels once the strategy and creative direction are set.
We handle the thinking, positioning, and creative direction.
You make sure it runs, performs, and improves.
This role is about consistency, momentum, and measurable progress. You will own publishing operations, keep workflows tight across stakeholders and regions, monitor activity, track performance, and turn reporting into practical improvements. You are the person who makes sure plans turn into output, and output turns into learning.
What you’ll be doing
Publishing and delivery
- Own publishing and scheduling across agreed channels using Sprout or similar tools
- Manage the monthly content calendar and keep cadence consistent
- Coordinate inputs from internal teams and regional contributors without overwhelming them
- Turn raw updates into clear briefs for copy and design support
- Manage approvals and keep turnaround times realistic and fast
- Apply templates correctly and protect brand consistency across every post
- Maintain clean asset libraries, post logs, and version control
Monitoring and community triage
- Monitor comments and messages at agreed times and flag anything sensitive
- Route queries to the right internal owner using clear escalation rules
- Handle basic responses where approved, using agreed tone guidance
- Keep a clean log of recurring themes, questions, and issues to inform content planning
- This is not PR crisis handling, but it is strong operational oversight
Tracking and reporting
- Own link hygiene and tracking discipline, using agreed UTM conventions where available
- Maintain a simple tracking sheet for campaigns, key posts, and traffic drivers
- Pull monthly performance data from platforms and tools and turn it into a clear snapshot
- Report on what worked, what did not, and what we should do next
- Support quarterly review moments with trend insights and recommendations
Optimisation and collaboration
- Spot patterns and translate insights into content adjustments
- Work closely with strategy, content, and design teams to improve performance over time
- Support campaign rollouts by coordinating timelines, assets, and publishing plans
- Use AI tools to speed up workflows, repurposing, first drafts, and reporting support
Who you are
- You have real experience running social channels end to end, ideally across multiple brands or regions. Ideally B2B
- You are organised, calm, and good at chasing inputs without annoying people
- You understand the difference between planning content and actually delivering it
- You are confident with scheduling and reporting tools such as Sprout, Buffer, Hootsuite, or similar
- You care about tracking, reporting, and performance, and you know how to keep it practical
- You can write and speak clear, confident English. Extra points for Greek.
- You can work with templates and systems and still move quickly
- You know how to coordinate stakeholders and keep approvals moving
- You are curious about AI and already using it to work faster and smarte
- You love to work alone and in teams
Extra credit for
- Agency or freelance experience across multiple clients
- Experience working with global organisations and local page governance
- Experience supporting recruitment content and employer branding channels
- Comfort with basic analytics, UTMs, and reporting frameworks
- Experience building lightweight intake workflows and escalation processes
- Good judgement on tone, quality, and brand consistency
What you get ( for in house- full time contract)
- Regular pay reviews and performance bonuses
- A bright, modern office in Limassol
- Mentoring and coaching from industry leaders
- Personal development budget
- 23 days paid holiday
- Flexible hours focused on output, not clock watching
- Friday lunch and drinks with the team
- Office dogs for emotional support and the occasional distraction
- Team activities and a few memorable parties
- Pension fund contributions
- Work on ambitious brands across Cyprus and Europe
