The role
We are looking for a Performance and Social Specialist to activate the brand strategies, design, and content we create across paid, organic, and emerging channels.
We handle the thinking, positioning, and creative.

This role is about distribution, optimisation, and momentum. You take finished assets and turn them into reach, engagement, and measurable growth for our brands and our clients.
You will own how campaigns live, move, and evolve across social, search, and performance channels. You will collaborate on developing the brand strategy and core creative. Crucially, you will be directly responsible for the successful placement, performance, and continuous optimization of our work.
This is a hands-on role with space to experiment, test, and build smarter systems as we grow.
What you’ll be doing
- Activate brand campaigns across paid and organic social channels
- Run and optimise performance campaigns across Google, Meta, Linkedin, TikTok, and relevant platforms
- Manage ongoing social activity, distribution schedules, content rollout, comments and messages
- Amplify strategy led content through smart targeting and media planning
- Monitor performance, spot patterns, and turn insights into action
- Manage budgets and ensure spend supports clear outcomes
- Work closely with strategy and creative teams to align messaging and execution
- Test formats, audiences, hooks, and platforms to improve results over time
- Ensure tracking, funnels, and analytics are set up and working properly
- Use LLMs and AI tools to improve speed, testing, reporting, and optimisation
- Communicate performance clearly to internal teams and clients without noise or drama
Who you are
- You have real examples of campaigns you have run and improved (plz show us)
- You are comfortable owning execution once direction is clear
- You understand both paid performance and organic social dynamics
- You know how to distribute content, not just post it
- Data does not scare you. Guesswork does
- You are confident using Google Ads, Linkedin and Meta Ads
- You can explain results without hiding behind buzzwords
- You are organised, proactive, and good at managing multiple accounts
- You write and speak clear, confident English, Greek is considered an advantage.
- You are curious about AI and actively using LLMs in your workflow
- You enjoy testing, tweaking, and making things better
- You mildly judge people who ignore analytics
- You love to work alone and in teams
